"I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Furniture Affair and here's how it worked for me:  I avoided window shopping prior to my appointment with Director Jon, a gem of a designer.  I brought a floor plan which included window measurements, outlet locations, and pictures of the pieces I wanted to keep.  Jon made the morning fun running back and forth through the store pulling this and that for my consideration.  (Where can you get such free personal attention with no pressure?)  It was an easy decision-I furnished my entire living room for the cost of one sectional at a "new furniture" store!  I used Furniture Affair's recommended movers,  Anthony Moving Service, who did an awesome job (and every piece arrived carefully wrapped in plastic).  Remember, the minute new stuff leaves some overpriced furniture store, it is used stuff-I am thrilled with the money I saved!"
