Q:  Where does your furniture come from?

A: Furniture Affair is the premier model home resale furniture store in the Valley of the Sun. When home builders close out model homes we buy the inventory and pass along the savings to you.  Some of our staple products and best sellers come direct from the manufacturer.  We buy designer closeouts or manufacturer showrooms at a substantial discount, so again — you win on pricing!

Q: If I see something on your site can I reserve it?

A:  Sorry!  The great thing about Furniture Affair is our ever-changing inventory!  Come down to our showroom tout de suite to find the best furniture & décor deals in town.  Every. Day.

Q:  What if I’m not happy with my purchase?  Can I bring it back?

A: Our quality inventory is hand inspected and personally proofed by you and your Interior Advisor, so all sales are “as is” and final.  If you have a question or concern, please contact us!

Q:  I have a gently used sofa I’m looking to sell.  Will you buy it?

A: Simply put, no.  Furniture Affair is a model home resale furniture store, not a consignment shop or thrift store, but good question!

Q: Do you have other locations near me?

A: Our main 28,000 showroom is located in north central Phoenix, but we occasionally open trendy pop-up stores and hold tent sales and clearance events around the Valley.  Sign up for our newsletter to keep abreast of the latest and greatest!

Q:  I’ve heard that lots of celebrities shop in your store.  Is this true, and who?!?

A: It’s true!  Furniture Affair is a fave of many local celebrities, media personalities, actors and TV stars.  But we don’t kiss and tell. You’ll have to come in and do a paparazzi run for yourself!

Q: My parents are retiring to become Scottsdale snowbirds.  I’d like to get them a housewarming gift of their choosing.  Do you sell gift certificates?

Q: I’m concerned about privacy and getting too many emails.  If I sign up for your newsletter how do I know I won’t get SPAM?

A: Oh dear Lord, there’s nothing we detest more than SPAM!  Fried, grilled or the electronic kind!  Simply put, we promise to never, ever, ever sell or share your info.   For you legal types, feel free to peruse our Privacy Policy.

Q: If I have to use the loo when I’m in your store, is there one available?

A:  Of course we have restrooms!  We’d prefer you didn’t soil the showroom floor, so if you really gotta go – just let us know!
