Get started painting with CeCe Caldwell’s Chalk & Clay Paints in this fun and technique-packed workshop! Virtually no prep is needed to paint over either new or existing furniture finishes. In this 2-1/2 hour workshop, students will paint multi-layered finishes on pieces of molding creating beautiful color combinations that are trending now for Vintage, French and Contemporary Décor. In addition to distressing the paint finish using a water resist technique that reveal bits of the previous layers, students will also be introduced to a crackled paint finish (and awesome crackle product!) and how to create a distressed, not “contrived” finish. Finish with CeCe’s wonderful clear or dark waxes….and voila! Gorgeous molding pieces to take home and sample finishes to re-create on your furniture and decorative pieces at home! Everyone will also take home written instruction and a paint chart.

Friday September 28th 6pm-9:30pm Soldered Art Pendant
In this beginning workshop you will learn how to create your very own pendants that you’ve seen in specialty boutiques. Students will embellish their own two pendants. Laura has collected lots of crystals, shells, glass, baubles and more. Come join us for this great, creative workshop!
