Refund policy

When placing an order, we require that you collect purchased item(s) from our pick-up location within seven days of purchase. When you come to collect your purchased item(s), we ask that you inspect each item carefully. If you are not satisfied with the item(s) for any reason, we will provide a full refund. However, once an item has left our premises, then the sale is considered final, and no returns are allowed. 

If purchased item(s) are not collected within seven days following the date of purchase, then we will automatically refund the transaction and charge a 5% restocking fee.
