Shipping policy

Online purchases are available for pick-up only. Purchased items may be picked up from Furniture Affair (350 E Bell Rd, Suite 8, Phoenix, AZ 85022). Pick-up hours are from 10am-6pm every day except when closed for major holidays.

Purchased items must be picked up within 7 days of purchase. Items not collected within 7 days will automatically be returned and Buyer will incur a 5% restocking fee. 

Buyer is responsible for all freight, shipping and other costs related to transporting purchased items from the posted pick-up location. Buyers may arrange transportation of purchased items on the Website through a third party, but Furniture Affair will not be liable for any acts or omissions arising from such third-party transportation and claims no responsibility for the actions of any transportation provider.

If the person picking up and removing Items will be someone other than the registered Buyer, the registered Buyer must establish that person or company as an "Authorized Agent" via written communication with Furniture Affair. Buyers may not transport Items until full payment (including any applicable sales tax) has been received and posted to a secure payment account designated by Furniture Affair. 

As a courtesy, we can help you load items in your vehicle with your supervision. Furniture Affair does not tie down or wrap any merchandise and is not responsible for any damages that may occur to merchandise or vehicle during loading or in transit.
